About

You probably don’t know my name. You have likely never heard of any of my websites or blogs. I don’t sell anything. I don’t pay for advertising at all. I am not an A-List blogger and my website would still be considered quite small within its category. In all likelihood, you are a better writer than I am. You definitely know more about computers than I do. And despite all this, I take home a six figure income from the Internet. These are the lessons that I have learned.

My guess is that there are a lot more people like me on the Internet, but like the “Millionaire Next Door,” you simply don’t know about them. They do their thing and don’t say much about it. The problem is, the way that I have built my sites and blogs rarely gets passed along to all those looking for mentors and examples of how to do it. They get plenty of the hype on how easy it is supposed to be to make money on the Internet, but not much about the real work that goes into creating an income stream for most people.

I am certainly not a guru and all that I write about is from my perspective. I’ve learned long ago that there is rarely one way to do things. Most of the information that I will pass along is common sense, but I think the reaffirmation of that common sense that doesn’t get repeated enough is something worth writing about.

This blog is my repayment to all those that have taken a chance on me, helped mentor me and given advice when they could have easily turned their nose up since there wasn’t anything in it for them. I appreciate the chance they took on me and I hope that some of my experiences and thoughts will help all those that are looking for information on building a full time online income.

Update: Initially I decided not to mention the sites I run directly except when making posts on this blog where they were needed as examples because this blog is not meant to be a promotional blog for them. It seems, however, that people want to know what the sites are that I’m running to make the money that I am, so here is a list:

Main website:

SavingAdvice.com

Main blogs:

PFAdvice.com
KittyHell.com

Niche Sites:

charityclickdonation.com
costofsmoking.com
creditcardadvantages.com
crossovercarinsurance.com
debtreduction101.com
dryertips.com
forever-stamp.com
frugalgardening.com
grocerycouponguide.com
hybridcartaxdeduction.com
i-bondrate.com
inexpensivedating.com
inexpensivelawyer.com
investingpage.com
justonespin.com
newtaxdeductions.com
onlineauctionhints.com
paidtodriveautowrap.com
reducecollegecosts.com
reduceprescriptioncosts.com
savemoneygames.com
taxpressrelease.com
timesharetrap.com
washertips.com

I do have other sites that are up, but not monetized for various reasons. An example would be blogoversary.com — and I have a number of domains that I haven’t found the time to place up niche sites on yet.

This blog has intrigued me. Tell me more! Would you be able to point me towards some of your money generating sites and blogs? I’d be very curious to hear more about your story. I am embarking on an entrepreneurial plan that involves online ventures. But I am starting slowly as I still have a full time job. I am probably going to start gradually, adding more sites with time. So I am definitely quite interested in hearing more about how you have done it and also to take a look at the end result — your sites! If you don’t mind of course…. :)

Thanks for the inspiring and uplifting messages!

I will definitely be checking out your blog much more often now that I’ve had time to sit down and read through you’re postings. Well written and informative for certain, I wish you well with this blog!

Thanks for the kind comments. Hopefully the information provided will prove helpful. Although this blog will talk about how I have generated money and what it has taken for me to get to where I have, it is not being written to generate any money - it’s being written as a thank you to all those that have helped me and hopefully I can return the favor to some others. Any questions are always welcome and I will try to answer as honestly and to the best of my ability.

Mak,

That would be an entire post in itself. Suffice to say for right now, I have a partner that does all the website work while I do the writing. We have our own server for the sites.
