Library = Books

…Or so everyone thinks.

I’m tempted NOT to share this information… because now my wait times may be longer but…

the library also offers books on CD (like the Twilight Series), music CD’s (everything from Guns and Roses to the brand new Metallica album), DVD’s (including old classics like Gone with the Wind to new classics like… Beverly Hills Chihuahua), and video games (Wii, Playstation, Xbox 360, etc).

I guess I’m confused at why people subscribe to Netflix and Gametap when you can get the exact same thing for free from your local library!

To be honest, I had no idea about the video game rentals until a month or so ago. Sure my ‘gaming’ skills are limited to Frogger on Atari (and even then, the SPLAT sound echoed often) but I have three game loving men in my life who I rent games for every week.

Want online service? They have that too! Add your name to the rental list and they’ll send you an e-mail when it’s ready to pick up.

So, if you want to save some cash, cancel that Netflix subscription and get a free library card.
